 Purpose:

The
purpose of the Nevada Contractors
Association (NCA) shall be to provide association members with services
and
benefits, to better enhance communications within the industry, to
offer any and all assistance to members in contract
negotiations, labor
disputes, EEOC complaints and governmental compliance issues, to lobby
effective legislation
for the construction industry and to structure programs
delivering information pertinent to the
industry.

 Objective:

The NCA was formed by contractors for
contractors, dedicated to matters affecting the
construction industry.
Services and benefits of the NCA members are geared towards providing positive
bottom line
results. Further, the NCA is committed to building close working
relationships with the local governmental agencies,
the union trade leadership,
the state legislative lawmakers, and the Nevada State Governor's Office,
to protect
member's rights and to ensure a level playing field is available
within the construction
industry.

Structure:

The Nevada
Contractors Association
(NCA) is governed by the Executive Committee consisting of elected and
appointed members,
the NCA By-laws and the Corporate Charter.
