Enclosed Summerlin Shopping Mall Planned

EHB Cos. is planning a $350 million shopping mall in West Las Vegas. 

 The $700,000-sq-ft development will be located on a 23.4-acre bank-owned parcel inside Boca Park. EHB Cos. acquired the land in late 2010 for $11.75 million or $502,136 per acre.  EHB is also the developer of Las Vegas’ One Queensridge Place and Tivoli Village. "Las Vegas Renaissance" will be a lifestyle mall with three major department stores, select boutiques, national retailers and restaurant options. 

“Renaissance will provide the community with a distinctive enclosed lifestyle shopping mall away from the bustling Strip,” said EHB Chairman and CEO Yohan Lowie. “The combination of Tivoli Village, Renaissance and Boca Park retail areas will define this Rampart corridor as the shopping, entertainment, and restaurant destination of west Las Vegas.”

Renaissance, Tivoli Village and Boca Park combined create a 3-million-sq-ft of retail and entertainment offerings. Inspired by the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele in Milan, Italy, Renaissance will be the only enclosed retail mall in West Las Vegas. The project will break ground next year and open in late 2015.
